What does this app do?

The Salla Odoo Connector links your Salla store to Odoo (ERP). It can sync commerce data—such as orders, products, and customers—according to how the integration is configured, so your back office in Odoo stays aligned with Salla.

What should I do right after installing from Salla?

You will land on the setup guide. Then open the Dashboard, sign in with your email (one-time code), and enter your Odoo URL, username, API key, database name, and company. Save until you see a successful connection.

Which Odoo versions are supported?

The connector targets Odoo 17, 18, and 19

How do I uninstall or revoke the app?

Remove or revoke the app from your Salla store settings according to Salla’s flow. That stops new API access from the connector side.

Why do I need an Odoo API key?

Odoo lets external systems call its API using a persistent API key tied to your user. Create it under your profile → Account Security → API Keys (you may need Developer Mode and admin rights). Copy the key once and paste it into the connector—it will not be shown again.

Where do I enter Odoo URL, database, and company?

In the Dashboard settings: Odoo URL (must start with https://, no trailing slash), your login email, API key, database name, then pick the company from the list. Click Save to validate.

Connection failed — what should I verify?

Check the following:

• Odoo URL opens in a browser and uses https:// with no trailing /
• Username matches your Odoo login and the API key is the persistent key you just created
• Database name is exactly as shown on your Odoo login screen (multi-database hosts)
• Your user can use the API and Odoo allows external access (firewall / reverse proxy)

What is the “database name”?

On Odoo Online or when multiple databases exist on one server, the login page asks for a database name. It is the same value you use to sign in to Odoo in the browser. If you only have one database and never see that field, your host may still require a name—check with your Odoo admin.

Is the Dashboard login the same as my Salla login?

No. The Dashboard uses your email and a one-time verification code sent to that inbox. It is separate from your Salla store password. Use an email you can access reliably.

I did not receive the verification email

Wait a minute, check Spam / Promotions, and confirm you typed the email correctly. Try again from the login screen. If your organization blocks automated mail, contact app.support@nexa-solutions.com with your store domain.

How does data sync between Salla and Odoo?

The connector uses Salla webhooks and API calls so events from your store can be processed and reflected in Odoo according to your configuration. Exact entities and schedules depend on the features enabled for your account.
