Follow these steps to connect your Salla store with Odoo.
How to set up the integration
Open your Odoo database
Log in to your Odoo instance (e.g. your-company.odoo.com or your self-hosted URL).
Open your profile
Click your username (top right) and open your user profile / preferences.
Create a new Permanent API Key
In your profile, find the “API Keys” section and create a new Permanent API key. Copy and store it securely; you will need it in the next steps.
Open the Odoo Connector app settings on Salla
In your Salla store admin, go to Apps → Salla Odoo Connector (or the app name you use) and open its settings.
Fill in the three essential fields
Enter your Odoo URL, Username, and API Key. If you have multiple databases, you may also need to specify the DB Name.
Save and verify
Save the settings. If validation is successful, you are connected. If not, double-check the information you entered or try specifying the DB Name in the settings. If the issue persists and you are sure the details are correct, contact us via email, phone, or the form below.
